Behavioral Health Portal
A unified behavioral health portal across six state agencies
Problem
Families seeking behavioral health support for their children faced six disconnected state agencies with no single entry point. Caseworkers were manually bridging gaps between systems, causing delays and high drop-off.
My role
Sole PM on a team of 6 engineers and 1 UX designer. Led stakeholder alignment across six agencies with competing priorities, defined a shared minimum data model, and owned delivery end to end.
Key product decision
Built a coordination layer instead of replacing any agency's system. Full unification wasn't realistic. Standardizing only what was necessary got us to launch in months, not years.
Outcome
400+ families onboarded in pilot. 70% of cases resolved. Established a coordination layer that became the foundation for cross-agency collaboration.

Buyer Checkout Experience
Enabling $338M+ in transaction volume on a global heavy equipment auction marketplace
Problem
Buyers on a global heavy equipment auction marketplace had limited payment options. Many were showing up in person to pay with checks. Ops teams handled payments manually after auctions, creating delays and no path to scale.
My role
Sole PM on a team of 8 engineers and 1 UX designer. Owned the payments strategy and led phased delivery, including stakeholder alignment across engineering, finance, ops, and compliance.
Key product decision
Enabled $338M+ in U.S. transaction volume while replacing manual post-auction payment workflows with a scalable payments platform designed for global expansion.
Outcome
Enabled $338M+ in U.S. transaction volume. Eliminated manual payment overhead and created reusable infrastructure for global expansion.

Senior Care Referral Platform
End-to-end modernization of a nationwide senior care referral platform used by 450+ advisors
29%
Faster time to recommendation
24→17
Minutes per consultation
Problem
Senior living advisors were losing critical time during the initial family intake call. Without a structured way to capture the right information, community matching was slow, inconsistent, and often required follow-up calls.
My role
Sole PM on a team of 12 engineers, 2 UX designers, 1 BA, and 1 QA. Owned end-to-end product strategy and delivery across a nationwide platform used by 450+ advisors.
Key product decision
User research showed the intake and matching workflow created the biggest bottleneck, so we deliberately postponed other requested features to improve the metric most closely tied to advisor productivity and family outcomes.
Outcome
Reduced time from initial call to community recommendation by 29%, from 24 to 17 minutes. Rolled out across 450+ advisors nationwide.

TaxiVQ
A virtual queue system for taxi drivers at SFO that reduced wait times and helped drivers be more productive
Problem
At SFO, taxi drivers routinely waited 2-3 hours in a physical staging lot with no visibility into demand, their position in queue, or whether it was even worth staying.
My role
Sole PM working with a team of 10 engineers, 1 QA, and 1 design agency. Led concept through design and launch, including driver research, UAT, and rollout.
Key product decision
Expanded the existing TaxiQ app instead of launching a separate product. Leveraging an experience drivers already trusted reduced onboarding friction, accelerated adoption, and avoided splitting usage across two applications.
Outcome
Reduced idle time by 89%, from 90 to 10 minutes. Doubled daily trip volume for 2,000+ drivers. Resulted in a granted U.S. patent (US-12452625-B2).
